TECHCOVERY SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
International Shipping We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. International shipping times may vary between 10-25 business days depending on your location and customs processing. TechCovery is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Delays TechCovery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We are also not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Lost or Stolen Packages TechCovery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, TechCovery will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Damaged Items If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at techcovery@fourfound.co with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
